Does Fabromont have any recommendations for adhesives?
As a matter of principle, we do not recommend individual adhesive products or brands. Please contact the adhesive manufacturer directly.
What is the delivery time of Fabromont products?
Thanks to our very large warehouse, we are able to supply any of our collection colours in the broadloom version up to 1,000 m2 within a few days, in accordance with our motto “Never out of stock”. The transport times depends on the geographical distance and the traffic situation. Please contact the shipping company Streck for more information, Tel. +41 61 855 11 11.
Where can I find the colours of the collections on the website?
Registered customers and architects can view the colours of the collections in the Customer Centre after registration and login. Otherwise, individual samples can be ordered from the company headquarters using the following sample order form.
What is the fire protection rating of Kugelgarn®?
All Kugelgarn® products are classified as flame retardant and low smoke. This is Bfl-s1 or Cfl-s1, depending on the product.
Where can I find tender texts?
You can find tender texts in the Customer Centre. Customers and architects registered with us can view the tender texts after registering and logging in.
I would like to use images for my own website. Is that possible?
This is possible for customers and architects registered with us. Please submit your request by e-mail or post to our head office in Schmitten.
How can I become a direct customer?
Specialist companies in the flooring or painting sectors can become direct customers of ours. For this purpose, an application and self-disclosure form should be submitted. Please request such a form either from the sales representative in your region or directly from us in Schmitten.
Where can I obtain Kugelgarn®?
We supply our products to many specialised flooring companies, interior decorators and contractors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland and Luxemburg. We also supply specialised floor covering wholesalers.
Can I also glue Quickstep with spray adhesive?
Yes, there are products suitable for this.
Can spherical yarn be recycled?
Kugelgarn® can be recycled for energy (heat and energy recovery in a waste incineration plant or cement works). Material recycling is not yet possible due to its complex composition.
How can Kugelgarn® be cleaned?
You will find instructions for this in the care instructions.
Are there any customs charges for shipping?
There are no customs charges for deliveries to Germany and Austria.
